Darlene Kutzfar

Darlene Kutzfar, 73, of Glassport ,passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 26, 1947 in North Versailles and was the daughter of the late Patrick and Dorothy (Baker) Harding. She was the wife of the late Robert Stanley Kutzfar who passed away in 2005. Darlene loved the Steelers and enjoyed cheering them on during games. She loved her family, everyone was always welcome in her home and everyone friends and family alike called her "Gram". She was a strong person and had a huge heart. She would do anything for anyone. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by daughters, Freda L. (Chuck) Dewar of Glassport and Roberta Kutzfar of McKeesport, grandchildren, Thomas R. (Christie Ferro) Littleton, Timothy M. (Trish) Butko, Jr., Pamela N. (Brandon Sabol) Perez-Toledo, Brandon M. Butko, Jessica M. Butko, Anthony J. (Laura Tomanio) Littleton, Charles D.(Amber) Dewar Jr., Brooke L. (Charles) Calio-Kutzfar, 17 great-grandchildren, brothers, Duane Gessner, Glenn Harding and Frank Harding all of McKeesport, sisters, Linda (Jim) Brewster of Christy Park, Debbie Willochell of Port Vue and Kimberly Schaffner of North Huntingdon, as well as many nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brothers, Edward "Sonny" Gessner, Ronald Harding, Garey Harding and Dennis Harding, and sisters Margaret Shaw and Denise Twele. Friends are welcome on Wednesday, September 22 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township (412) 751-5000. Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 23 in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 am, with Pastor Brian Evans, officiating. Interment will follow at the McKeesport and Versailles Cemetery.
