Jerome "Jerry" Michael Kobulnicky, also known as "Kobo", 82, from Port Vue residing in Fallowfield, beloved husband who passed away peacefully on Friday, October 11, 2024 at home. He was the son of the late Michael and Alvena Margaret (Perkoski) Kobulnicky. He was born on September 14, 1942, in Port Vue and lived there most of his life. His famous words "Hey kid, it's alright." He was a volunteer at the Port Vue Fire Co., member of St. Nicholas Byzintine Catholic Church in McKeesport and belonged to the Port Vue American Legion Post 447. He was a US Army veteran. He worked for CPI of Christy Park and was the Superintendent of cylinder manufacturing. He loved to bowl, kayak, bike ride, and sit in his yard to enjoy God's gift of nature. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his beloved wife, Coleen Kobulnicky; daughter, Melissa (Floyd) Brack and their children, Amber and Kristen; son, Ron Murphy; daughter, Heidi Kobulnicky; stepson, John (Lisa) McCay, III. and their children, Aidan and Charlie; Lacey (Adam) Harkins, and their children Trigger and Oakleigh; grandchildren, Hunter and Ethan; niece, Cheryl (Mark) Morici; great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Vicky Kobulnicky; sister, Joan (Bill) Shaw; stepson, Luke McCay and nephew, Billy (survived by Kelly) Shaw. Private interment with Military Honors took place at St. Nicholas Cemetery, North Versailles. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
