June "Lorraine" Phillips

June "Lorraine" Phillips, 92, of Elizabeth Township passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026. She was born September 30, 1933 to the late Chester Kestner Sr., and the late June (McGraw) Stone. Lorraine was married to the love of her life, Thomas Charles Phillips, for 58 years before his passing in September 2011. She is survived by her daughters, LynneDee (Mark-Richard) Muchow of Elizabeth Township, and Carla (Anthony) D'Angelo of Kennedy Township; granddaughter, MaryElizabeth (Brian) Peppers of Morgantown, WV.; great-grandchildren, Ryland and Markie Peppers; a brother, Victor Kestner of CA; sister, Donna (Chip) Richards of MD; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband, Lorraine is preceded in death by her step-father, Bill Stone; and brothers, Donald Kestner, and Chester Kestner, Jr. There are no services at this time.
