Lance Boyd Fine, 71, of Rostraver, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 15, 2020. He was born February 5, 1949 in New Eagle and was the son of the late Frank Kenneth and Phyllis Irene (Stewart) Fine. Lance was a Truck Driver for EESI in Belle Vernon. He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. For his service, he received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Expert Marksman with a M-14 and M-16, and 4 O/S with Bars. He is survived by his wife, Jeaneen A. (Breegle) Fine, daughters, Darcy (Patrick) McGuire of North Huntingdon, Danielle Fine of Rostraver, and Marcella Fryer of Rostraver, sons, Clinton Lance Fine of Elizabeth, Ty Seich of Van Meter, and Jeremy (Melissa) Seich and Frank William (Stephanie) Fine of Elizabeth Township, sister, Maris Marks of Monongahela, grandchildren, J.J., Chelsea, Ryan, Austin, Dominique, Dionna, Kristina, Logan, Kylie, Braylon, Liam, Jimmy, Chloe and Frankie, great-granddaughter, LaAire, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Stewart Kenneth Fine.
