Laura Grace Charlesworth

Laura Grace Charlesworth, 58, of North Huntingdon, formerly of White Oak, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of James E. "Jim" Charlesworth, Sr. of North Huntingdon and the late Mary Anne Charlesworth. Laura graduated from Messiah College with her Masters Degree. She went on to work as a Mental Health Therapist for many agencies, most recently Auberle in McKeesport. She was a member of First Evangelical Free Church in McKeesport, where she volunteered with the children's ministries. She loved being with and working with children. Laura found great fulfillment working with her clients as a therapist. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. In addition to her father, she is survived by her brother, James E. (Teressa) Charlesworth, Jr.; sister, Mary Beth Charlesworth; nephew, James E. (Tonya) Charlesworth, III.; niece, Joyce (Clinton) Brooks; great-niece, Alyssa Charlesworth; great-nephews, Trai (Kayla) Walls and Brandon Dutler; a great-great niece and a great-great nephew; cousin, Nicole (Barry) Sommerville. She is also survived by her 3 beloved cats, that will miss Laura dearly, "Binx", "Josie" and "Synder". Friends are welcome on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1638 Lincoln Way,White Oak (412) 672-6322 Troy J. Gilbert, Director. Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026 at First Free Evangelical Church, 4001 University Dr, McKeesport, PA 15132 at 11:00 am with Pastor Alex Ielase, officiating. (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH). Burial will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.
