Linda Dianne Brown

Linda Dianne (Blalock) Brown, 68, of Glassport, passed away Friday, January 15, 2021. She was born December 17, 1953 in Kinston, NC, and was the daughter of the late Omle and Addie (Heath) Blalock. Dianne was a professional seamstress and baker. She was a manager for Best Western Hotels and had previously worked for Pinehurst Golf Resort in NC. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Goldsboro, NC. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Michael (Letista) Thompson of McKeesport, formerly of Goldsboro, NC, sister, Gail Kiger of Lincoln Borough, grandchildren, Jonathan Thompson Jr, Alexis Thompson, Renee Thompson, Lashawn Outlaw, Nautika Thompson, Omleah Thompson, Makala Thompson, Nasir Thompson, Alexis Darden and Cameron Bessent, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, Angela, Bill (Joy) and Christopher (Stephanie) Kiger. There will be a memorial service at Judah Ministries in McKeesport Thursday, January 21 at 2:00 pm. A celebration of life service will be held in North Carolina in March, with more details to follow.
