Marjorie Jean Smith

Marjorie Jean Smith, 90, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Monday, February 13, 2023 at home. She was born September 26, 1932 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Charles and Nellie (McClure) Scholl. She was a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. She was a Registered Nurse and had previously worked at McKeesport Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Milton L. Smith, daughters, Rebecca O'Hara of Elizabeth Township and Elizabeth Ellen "Betsy" (Joseph Krieger) Puharic of Jamestown, son, Brian L. (Michele) Smith of Elizabeth Township, brother, David (Dolly) Scholl of Mechanicsburg, grandchildren, Sarah Beth Puharic, Sgt. Joseph Charles Puharic, Brandon O'Hara, Kate (Matt) O'Hara Gregory, Tyler Smith, Alexander Brian Smith, Evan Lewis Smith, Kelly Fells, and Keith O'Hara, great-grandchildren, Alexandra Whitaker, Noah Whitaker, Branden Younkin, Catriona Smith, and Isabel Puharic, daughter-in-law, Mary Elizabeth Smith of Fort Mill, SC., and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert M. Smith who passed away February 28, 2012.
