Michael E. "Mick" Fayo, 59, of Port Vue, left this world after a courageous battle against cancer on Saturday, May 16, 2020. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was born May 4, 1961 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Michael and Frances (Monaghan) Fayo. Michael was an Automobile Service Advisor and was a US Army Veteran. He loved his family, fishing, camping and a good cigar or joint. He was the beloved husband of Rose Marie (Halyko) Fayo, father of Michael A. (Andrea) Fayo and Steven R. (Sami) Fayo, PapPap of our Heavenly angel Jamison, Max "Hooligan" and Teddy "Popeye" Fayo, brother to the late Patricia (Gary) Newmeyer of Eastlake, OH, Harry (Glenda) Wagner of Austin, TX, and William (Bobbi Jean) Wagner of White Oak, , Judy Wagner of North Huntingdon, Colleen Fayo of West Mifflin and Charlene Fayo of North Versailles, brother-in-law to Michael Halyko, uncle to many nieces and nephews and Poppa Fayo and a dear friend to many. He was the son-in-law to the late Catherine Halyko. There is no visitation. Services are private.
