Nancy Lee Fairley

Nancy Lee Fairley, 84, of Zephyhills, FL and Greensburg, PA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 3, 2026, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late James H. and Nellie (Van Fossen) Smith. Nancy had worked for Hercules as a lab technician and where she met her beloved husband, Tom. She later worked for several years as a nurses aide caring for the elderly at two different nursing homes. Nancy enjoyed several hobbies including crafting, upholstery, and playing her handheld Yahtzee. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Thomas Fairley; her children, Scott (Stacey) Larkin, Michael (Jody) Larkin, and Kristin (Jason) Perry; sister, Marilyn (Kenny) Lewis; as well as 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. In addition to her loving parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James D. Smith and his wife, Greta Smith. All services are private.
