Nicholas John Cindrich

May 7, 1954 — September 13, 2025

Boston

Nicholas John Cindrich, 71, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at home. He was born May 7, 1954, in McKeesport and was the son of the late John and Catherine (Stephenson) Cindrich. He was a graduate of Milton Hershey School, class of 1972. He enjoyed his craft as an electrician, spending the bulk of his professional years with Cindrich Electric Co.

Beyond his professional life, Nick’s greatest joy was his family. He often shared stories of his childhood with his siblings who he deeply loved. Nick was a very proud uncle to dozens of nieces and nephews, and he took every opportunity to tell them how proud he was of their character and accomplishments. His witty jokes, encyclopedic knowledge, and words of encouragement will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Nick also lived his life with a strong Christian faith that guided his relationships. He was a man who prayed often, trusted God deeply, and found comfort in his faith through life’s joys and hardships. His family takes solace in knowing that his faith was the foundation of his spirit and love for others.

He is survived by his sisters, Diana (Gail) Julian of Akron, OH, Darlene (Bob) Gunn of Richmond, VA, his nephews, Matt (Leighann) Cindrich, Joe (Amber) Cindrich, John (Jennifer) Cindrich, and Mike Cindrich of Elizabeth Township, nieces Mary Jo Mihocka and Shelly Zackasee of Akron, OH, and related grandnieces/great grandnephews/niece, as well as his beloved companion, Cat. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by great-grandniece, Lillian Jo, niece, Michelle Gunn as well as by his brother and best friend Joe Cindrich
