Norma M. Youhon

Norma M. Youhon, 95, formerly of White Oak, currently residing in Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2026. She was born November 15, 1930 in Coalport, PA and was the daughter of the late Hershel H. Killion and Violet M. (Dillion) Killion Caldwell. Norma was the beloved wife to the late Joseph W. Youhon, Jr., who passed away November 3, 2012. Norma was a member of Mary, Mother of God, Parish and was a charter member of St. Angela Merici Church. At St. Angela, she was a member of The Christian Mothers group, United Prayers for the abused, Parish Life, The Ladies of Charity, R.C.I.A and was past chairman of the parish festival bake sale. She was a member of Catholic Daughters of America Court 2159 and also the Regent Catholic Daughters of America Court 221 in McKeesport. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by daughter, Jackie (Charles) Glazer; son, Greg (Lou Ann) Youhon; two grandchildren, Dr. Brian (Christine) Glazer, and Dante (Melissa) Youhon; two great-grandchildren, Zoe Glazer and Luke Glazer; sister, Connie Peacock; and also many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by siblings, Dolores Iraca and Delbert "Pete" Killion, and her infant brother, Robert Killion. Friends are welcome on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak (412) 672-6322 Troy J. Gilbert, Director. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Angela Merici Church on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
