Richard Alan "Rick" Perkins

Richard Alan "Rick" Perkins, 63, of Greenock passed away Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in McKeesport on December 1, 1961 and is the son of Dorothy "Dee" (Furia) Perkins and the late Richard Perkins. Rick was a 1979 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. Throughout high school, he was in a band and played guitar and bass guitar. He had a passion for music and led a simple life. He worked for Basic Carbide for the past few years, and worked his way up to being head shop grinder. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughters, Amy (Alex) Bernhardt of Westview, and Melissa (Dan) Ridenour of Greenock; his son, Ryan Perkins of Elizabeth; his beloved companion, Tammy Casey of Greenock; grandchildren, Persephone, Makayla, Aiden, and Annabelle; as well as his brother, Darrin (Teresa Demorest) Perkins of Naples, FL.; and his Aunt Lynda Wiatrowski of Canonsburg.
