Robert Joseph Clawson

Robert "Bob" Joseph Clawson, 67, of Bunola, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2026. He was born January 22, 1959 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Charles and JoAnne (Matz) Clawson. Bob was a 1977 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University. He worked in retail management for many years after his education. He enjoyed golfing and loved rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Most of all he loved his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Beth (Schoemer) Clawson; daughter, Caitlin (Jeff) Clawson of Liberty Borough; granddaughters, Scarlett and Lyla; sister, Jackie (Steve) Slinski of McKeesport; brothers, Ricky (Cindy) Clawson of Jefferson Hills and Chuck (Julie) Clawson of Bunola; nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Dale and Ronald Clawson; sister, Cheryl Clawson; and beloved cousin, Dennis Clawson. There is no visitation.
