Tracy L. Coulter

Tracy L. Coulter, 59, of Elizabeth Township passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025. She was born in McKeesport on December 17, 1965 to the late Nancy George. Tracy was also the wife to the late Terrance O'Patrick Coulter, Sr., who passed away January 4, 2025. She is survived by her children, Lisa (Trennon Sr.) Coulter-Neal, April (Matthew Sr.) Coulter, Carrie (David Jr.) Anderson, and Terrance "Patrick" (Emily) O'Patrick Coulter, Jr.; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother and husband, Tracy is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth E. "Tiny" Wesolowski, who passed away September 11, 2024. Despite all of the loss she had endured over these last 14 months, she was loved by those who surrounded her, and she loved them in return. She will truly be missed. There is no visitation.
