Virginia J. Zdobinski

Virginia J. Zdobinski, 87, of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022 at home. She was born December 9, 1934 in Pittsburgh and was the daughter of the late Joseph Cancroy and the late Anna (the late Paul) Gallippie Miller. Virginia was a graduate of Westinghouse High School and a member of Christ the Divine Shepherd- St. Bernadette Church in Monroeville. She loved her family and her beloved white shepherd, Motley. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Richard Zdobinski; daughters, Deborah A. (John) Fox, Cindy J. Estock and Diane A. (James) Samstag; grandchildren, Amber (Brandon) Kotouch, Brian Estock, Cory Estock, Josh Samstag and Jess Samstag; and great-grandson, Roman Kotouch. Friends are welcome on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc.,1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak (412) 672-6322 Troy J. Gilbert, Director. Memorial service will be held following visitation at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Everyone is invited to join with the family after at The American Legion Post 980, 7824 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15239 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
